What are the benefits you can expect as a member of the Irondale Chamber of Commerce?
Here are just some of the important features you can expect from a membership.
Publication Advertising
More than 2000 copies of our quarterly publication, "Irondale Express", are made available to businesses and individuals in the Irondale area. The Chamber newsletter will hit your target market at pennies per impression. Chamber members may choose from business card size ($50), 1/4 page ad ($75), 1/2 page ad ($100) or full page ad ($150) to advertise in the newsletter. Non-members may also advertise at a slightly higher rate. Another good reason to join the Chamber! These ads will run for three months and the newsletters will be distributed to many Irondale locations. If your company would like to benefit from advertising in our newsletter, please contact Joyce Franklin at 205-956-3104. There is no better and affordable way to get your message out to your market.
Website Advertising
It is now possible to advertise on our new website as well. GICC Members are invited to advertise their products and/or services on this site in a variety of formats and options. You can have an ad on our home page or you can have you own domain name page. Call us for information and pricing.
E-mail Service
Got a special sale or offer that you want other members and the community to know about? Give us the information in writing, and with the touch of a button, we can e-mail the information out for you absolutely FREE.
Social & Business Contacts
"Business After Hours" and the "Coffee and Contacts" are some of the best ways in town of expanding your social network. We are currently in the process of re-instituting these fun and effective networking opportunities. Check out our monthly luncheon.
Valuable Discounts
Individual GICC Members often offer discounts to other GICC Members on goods and services. These discounts can be listed at no charge in the newsletter and the website.
Keeping You Up-to-Date
Because of the many and varied involvements and contacts with government, business, education and other sectors of the community, the Chamber can maintain a sensitive eye on current developments and issues that affect its members and the business climate of the area.
Your Chamber of Commerce is a growing, influential organization dedicated to providing leadership and a coordination of efforts that will contribute to the economic vitality and quality of life in the Greater Irondale community for all of us. The Chamber means business.
Without the Chamber there would be....
- little or no promotion to bring new businesses, visitors, vacationers, and tourists to your community.
- no mixers, "Business After Hours", luncheons or any number of opportunities to increase business contacts for the business community.
- no one to answer the thousands of inquiries about your community via telephone, letter, or e-mail.
- no organization to monitor legislation in all areas that affect the business community.
